Chapter-2
“Mam are you okay? Said one employee.
“Yeah ya….ya.. I am okay. Nothing to worry, it’s just a headache.” Misha replied.
She was still in shocked state after seeing her boss. Her past was mocking at her. Why God did it to her and why always something unpleasant happens to her. She was now in a confusion what should she do now?
Wheather she will do that job or leave everything ?
She was becoming weak by fighting with her inner voice during every single second passed. But a story of her childhood rose her strength. Remembering the morality of that story she decided to fight against her past and never allow to dominant over her present happiness.
She slightly tilted her face up looked at the roof of the room and said “Thanks maa for your moral story. You are not with me physically but you are always here in my heart as my strength.”
She had to greet the boss as she was the new CEO of that company.
Opened her hand bag ,had a look in mirror and said “ No Misha no. Don’t cry. You are a strong girl and you have to do this job anyway because you need this job. Don’t give a chance others to know your weak point. You can handle it.”
After convincing herself she deleted her all emotion and weak feelings out with the help of a tissue paper,had a slight makeup over her dull kajol smashed face, applied some light lipstick,thin eyeliner and again had a look in mirror. Tried to smile good and practiced it.
After all preparation now she was ready to face her past in front of her.
Lifted the flower bouquet and moved towards the owner’s cabin.
“May I come in sir?” asked Misha.
“Yes” replied Mr. Arab Mishra , The MD cum Owner of the MM group of industries.
“Good morning Mr Arab. I am your new CEO Miss Misha Mehta”Misha greeted while offering flowers with a charming smile.
Arab quickly lifted his head up after hearing the name and was being shocked seeing Misha there.
There was a huge silence inside the cabin.
